The Creative Metropoles, an INTERREG IVC programme project, uniting 11 European metropolitan cities and initiated in 2007 by the Baltic Metropoles Network, will host a presentation of the Project and best practices of creative industry support systems and innovative ideas realized in European metroples during the 8th Brussels Open Days 2010.

Presentation „CREATIVE METROPOLES: A motor for development of economic growth” will take place on Monday, 4th October, 2010 at Les Brigittines, City of Brussels Contemporary Arts Centre for Movement. Click here for the programme of presentation.

The OPEN DAYS will be held for the eighth time in Brussels between 4 and 7 October 2010 for around 6000 participants. More than 130 seminars, workshops and debates as well as exhibitions and networking opportunities will take place, organised in partnership with 245 regions and cities from all over Europe and 30 companies, banks, associations and academic organisations.

The OPEN DAYS are organized by the European Commission's Regional Policy DG and the Committee of the Regions, together with partners from European regions and cities, other European Institutions and businesses.
