The Interreg IVB North Sea Project "Creative City Challenge" has taken part in the European Commission´s consultation on the future of cultural and creative industries. The consultation is linked to a new Green Paper which highlights the need to improve access to finance, especially for small businesses, as key to enabling the sector to flourish and to contribute to sustainable and inclusive growth.

Prof. Walter Leal has provided some inputs from the perspective of the CCC project and individual project partners have also expressed their views.
